Blinkit shows each shopper a different catalog depending on where they are. These rules keep your numbers comparable.

    A pincode is one delivery point
    
            
    Blinkit prices and stocks by delivery point, not by city. A pincode resolves to one representative point and the stores that serve it, so treat each result as true for that point rather than the whole pincode.

    Each area has its own store
    
            
    Neighbouring pincodes are often served by different stores, each with its own stock. Keep the merchant ID with every observation so you know which store a number came from.

    Prices can differ by city
    
            
    The same product can cost a different amount in another city or area. Compare the same product ID across locations, never a brand name or a search result.

            Is there an official Blinkit API?
            
            
          
          

            Blinkit does not publish a public developer API for its product catalog, prices or stock data. Upscrape’s Blinkit API is an independent service that returns structured data observed from Blinkit’s public shopper experience for a selected location.
            
          

        

          
            Can I get Blinkit prices and stock by pincode?
            
            
          
          

            Yes. Every Blinkit endpoint takes a pincode directly, or a place name such as “Koramangala Bengaluru”, or coordinates. A pincode resolves to one representative delivery point, and blinkit.location tells you which point and merchants that is.

            Which cities are covered?
            
            
          
          

            Coverage follows Blinkit’s own serviceability rather than a fixed Upscrape city list. Check the pincode or coordinates you need with blinkit.location. Because serviceability is evaluated for a delivery point, one result should not be treated as coverage for an entire city or pincode.
            
          

        

          
            How do I compare the same Blinkit product across locations?
            
            
          
          

            Use the same product ID at each location. Call blinkit.product with each pincode, and store the product ID, pack size, price, MRP, stock, inventory, merchant ID and collection time with every observation.

            Does a missing Blinkit search result mean the product is sold out?
            
            
          
          

            Not necessarily. Search visibility and availability are different signals: a product can be missing from search and still be in stock, or missing because it sold out. Check the product directly with blinkit.product at the same location before treating search absence as a stockout.
            
          

        

          
            Can I get historical Blinkit prices?
            
            
          
          

            The API returns current observations, not a prebuilt historical price series. To build Blinkit price history, run repeated checks and store the product ID, location, merchant ID, price, MRP and collection time yourself.

            How many products can one Blinkit search return?
            
            
          
          

            A search can request up to 100 products. The number actually returned depends on the query and available results. Pagination controls can be used to continue through larger result sets while keeping the query and location consistent.

            What does the merchant ID mean?
            
            
          
          

            The merchant ID identifies the merchant serving the returned product or location. Different delivery points can be associated with different merchants, so keep the merchant ID with your price and availability observations when comparing locations.
            
          

        

          
            Can I paste a Blinkit product or category link?
            
            
          
          

            Yes. blinkit.product takes a product link (the address containing /prid/), and blinkit.category.products takes a category link (containing /cn/ and /cid/). Links work with or without https:// and with tracking parameters.

            Can I get Blinkit departments, shelves and deals?
            
            
          
          

            Yes. blinkit.categories lists departments and shelves with their IDs. blinkit.category.products returns the products on a shelf, a department’s default shelf or a pasted category link. blinkit.promotions finds deals on the home feed, in a search or on a shelf, with filters for deal type, minimum discount and maximum price.

            Can I use the Blinkit API with Python?
            
            
          
          

            Yes. The Blinkit endpoints use Upscrape’s HTTPS execution API and return structured JSON. The request on this page is shown in cURL, Python and Node.js, and works from any other HTTP client.
            
          

        

          
            Can an AI agent access Blinkit data?

            Is the Blinkit API free to try?
            
            
          
          

            Yes. New accounts get up to 100 free credits to start. After those are used, requests consume credits according to the current Upscrape pricing and capability cost. Failed requests do not consume credits.
            
          

        

          
            How is this different from running a Blinkit scraper from a marketplace?
            
            
          
          

            Marketplace scrapers vary by author, schema, pricing and maintenance. Upscrape exposes Blinkit through the same execution contract used across its public platform catalog and maintains the endpoints as part of the platform. Search and category listings are priced by how many products you request, other endpoints at a fixed price shown on each card, and failed requests are free.

            Yes. Use an HTTP Request node in n8n, the HTTP module in Make, or Apps Script in Google Sheets.
