Data processing agreement
The Upscrape DPA applies when Upscrape processes personal data on a customer’s behalf under a signed service agreement.

Processing scope
The subject matter, duration, data categories, data subjects, processing instructions, and retention terms are documented in the customer order form or DPA schedule.
Processor commitments
Upscrape processes customer personal data only on documented instructions, applies appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, limits personnel access, and supports incident and rights-request workflows.
Subprocessors and transfers
Relevant infrastructure and service providers are disclosed during contracting. Required transfer safeguards and notice terms are included in the executed DPA.
Deletion and return
At the end of the services, customer personal data is returned or deleted according to the agreement, subject to documented legal retention obligations.
