Terms of service
This page summarizes standard service-use terms. A signed agreement or order form controls where one exists.

Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and API keys, and activity performed through your account.
Permitted use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with data, systems, and credentials you are authorized to access. Do not disrupt the service, evade limits, or use results to violate another party’s rights.
Plans and credits
Paid access, credit grants, renewals, usage measurement, and cancellation follow the plan or order form shown at purchase. Enterprise commitments are defined in the applicable agreement.
Customer content
You retain rights in inputs and customer-owned content. You grant Upscrape the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the service.
Service changes
Capabilities and upstream sources can change. Upscrape may update or discontinue functionality and will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to contracted customers.
