If your concerns are still not addressed, you may submit a formal refund request by emailing help@upscrape.co. The decision to issue a full or partial refund is at the sole discretion of Upscrape’s management.

When submitting a refund request, you must clearly state the reason. This helps us improve our services and address any service gaps.
