## Current integration

Use `GET /jobs/:id` with bounded backoff. Persist the job ID so polling can continue across process restarts.

## Intended outcome

A future webhook system must define signed delivery, endpoint verification, replay protection, retry schedules, event versioning, delivery logs, secret rotation, and the relationship between webhook delivery and job-result retention.

The existing Stripe webhook is an internal billing integration and is not a customer job-notification product.
