## Intended outcome

The changelog should distinguish additive platform data changes, manifest-contract changes, API behavior changes, deprecations, and operational incidents. It must be generated from a maintained release process rather than reconstructed from arbitrary Git history.

Until that source exists, this page will not invent release entries.
