# Sainsbury’s grocery data

Use the connected Upscrape tools to discover the current Sainsbury’s capability contract before execution. Ask the user for a collection limit before a large run. Read prices and access from the current catalog before execution.

- Search: `sainsburys.products.search`, input `query`. Start with `semi skimmed milk`.
- Product: `sainsburys.product.detail.get`, input `product_id` or official `url`. Example product ID: `6010343`.
- Categories: `sainsburys.categories.list`, input `{}`. Preserve IDs and parent IDs.
- Shelf: `sainsburys.category.products.list`, input `category_id`; example `1020694`.
- Offers: `sainsburys.promotions.list`, input `{}` for the first page.

Use the default page size of 30. The schema advertises up to 90, but saved v0.1.5 requests at 90 fail for search, shelves and offers. Larger sizes need renewed proof before use. Follow `next_page` and `has_more`, keeping the other inputs fixed; stop at the user's collection limit.

Keep `price` and `member_prices` separate. Public Nectar prices are not personalised Your Nectar Prices. Preserve promotion text, dates, membership conditions and multibuy quantities; do not invent a numeric member amount from an empty list. Confirm that an offer's dates include the observation time before calling it current.

Compare unit prices only on matching unit and measure bases. The supplied unit price need not describe the Nectar offer. Keep null values unknown, GTINs as text and retailer product IDs as join keys. Product titles alone do not identify equivalent packs.

These calls read the public catalog. The availability flag is not postcode or store stock. No basket, order, payment, points or account history is available. Build history from saved observations with collection times. State partial collection and unavailable fields in the report.
